Time of concentration

Hi everybody.

I want to know how SWMM cosider time of concetration & lag time.

I think that SWMM calculate the peak of runoff for each subcatchment & the total runoff is the algebric sum of each subcatchment not the sum of hydrographs.

Is it correct?
