difference in two versions

I have face with a strange problem in SWMM. I constructed two models with exactly the same properties. one with SWMM 5.0.13 and the othe with SWMM 5.0.021
but max/ full depth in conduit are not the same. I have attached these two file.But I do not know what is the difference between these two file.I will be thankful if you
help me regarding this problem.
